| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou firemní kultury jednak po stránce teoretické a jednak se věnuje charakteru firemní kultury a jejím dopadům na pracovní prostředí a celkové klima v konkrétní společnosti (Accenture). Cílem práce je tedy primárně orientace v teoretických podkladech a na jejich základě pak pokus o vyhodnocení projekce konkrétní firemní kultury do pracovního výkonu, spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich loajality vůči společnosti. |
