| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídky cestovní kanceláře Osvěta. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny pojmy, s kterými se dále pracuje. Poté je charakterizována cestovní kancelář a její konkurence. V praktické části jsou analyzovány pobytové a poznávací zájezdy včetně služeb poskytovaných cestovní kanceláří. Na tuto část navazují možnosti propagace nabídky a způsoby jejího prodeje. V závěru je cestovní kancelář a její nabídka zhodnocena na základě dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the offer of the travel agency Osvěta. At first, there is a specification of terms used in the work. The next step is a characterisation of the travel agency and its competitors. Holiday packages, packaged tours and services are analysed in the practical part of the work. Following part is dedicated to the possibilities of promotion of the offer and options of its sale. At the end, the travel agency is evaluated on the base of results of a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. |
