| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popsat vzájemný vztah obchodu a životního prostředí a podat určitý přehled o tom, jak k této problematice přistupuje WTO. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává obecně o vztahu obchodu a životního prostředí, druhá kapitola je zaměřená na přístup WTO k dané otázce a v poslední kapitole se zabývám rozborem sporů s environmentální tématikou, které byly v GATT/WTO vedeny. |

The first chapter deals with the relation of trade and environment, the second chapter is about the approach of WTO to this issue and the third chapter describes environmental disputes settled in GATT/WTO. |
