| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o Tibetu a jeho zvláštnostech. První část je věnována základním informacím o této zemi, které Tibet charakterizují z hlediska geografických a přírodních podmínek, historického vývoje, ale i ekonomické a politické situace. Následující část se zaobírá analýzou místních kulturních zvyklostí a tradic, na které vždy měl a dosud má výrazný vliv především tibetský buddhismus, který zaujímá v tibetské společnosti tradičně silnou pozici. Charakteristické obchodní zvláštnosti Tibetu, se kterými se lze při vyjednávání v tibetských společnostech zcela běžně setkat, jsou popsány v poslední části této práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis treats of Tibet and its specialties. The first part is dedicated to basic information of this country, which characterizes Tibet from the aspects of geographical and natural conditions, historical evolution, but also economic and political situation. The following part deals with the analysis of local cultural customs and traditions, which are markedly influenced by the Tibetan Buddhism, which has traditionally a strong position in the Tibetan society. The characteristic business specialties of Tibet, which can be quite commonly met during the negotiations in the Tibetan companies, are described in the last part of this thesis. |
