| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat kulturní specifika a aspekty obchodního jednání v Baskicku. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola představuje Baskicko z geografického, historického a politického hlediska. Druhá kapitola popisuje Baskicko z ekonomického pohledu. Třetí kapitola analyzuje kulturní baskické zvláštnosti a představuje prastaré baskické zvyky a tradice. Poslední kapitola se blíže soustředí na obchodní zvyklosti země a mentalitu Basků, která ovlivňuje obchodní jednání s baskickými obchodními partnery. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze cultural particularities and aspects of business negotiations in the Basque country. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter introduce the Basque country from the geographical, historical and political point of view. The second chapter talks about the Basque economic situation. The third chapter analyze cultural particularities of the Basque country and points out the ancient Basque customs and traditions. The last chapter concentrates on the business customs and the mentality of Basque people that influences the business negotiations with the Basque business partners. |
