| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem návrhu marketingové strategie. V první kapitole jsou uvedena všechna teoretická východiska k marketingovému strategickému řízení se zaměřením na formulaci marketingové strategie. V druhé kapitole jsou pak zmíněná teoretická východiska aplikována na konkrétní obchodní společnost, jejíž návrh marketingové strategie stojí na konci celé práce. Jedná se o společnost zabývající se především realitními službami, a proto je také v první kapitole uveden krátký vhled do realitního marketingu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the design process of marketing strategy. The first chapter lists the entire theoretical basis for strategic marketing management focusing on the formulation of marketing strategy. In the second chapter, the mentioned theoretical background is applied to a specific company, whose marketing strategy proposal is presented in the conclusion of the thesis. It is the company dealing primarily with real - estate services, and therefore a brief insight into the real - estate marketing is included in the first chapter. |
