| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je o ČR a jejím postavení ve Společné obchodní politice Evropské unie. V úvodu práce je popsána historie EU od jejího počátku až do dnešní doby. Další část se zabývá cly a tarifními a netarifními nástroji. V druhé kapitole se píše o vnitřním trhu EU a jeho svobodách volného pohybu. EU je rovněž obchodním partnerem nejen svým členským státům, ale i třetím zemím. Proto jsou zde jmenovány obchodní partneři EU a zmíněna je i konkurenceschopnost EU. ČR jako člen EU je prezentována v poslední kapitole. Součástí je komoditní a teritoriální struktura zahraničního obchodu ČR. Je zde také popsána a srovnána zahraničně-obchodní politika ČR před a po vstupu do EU. Jsou použita data z Českého statistického úřadu. Zmíněni jsou i čeští výrobci a producenti, a to jak mohou být chráněni EU a jak jsou české výrobky konkurenceschopné. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about the Czech Republic and it's standing in The Common Trade Policy of the European Union. There is a history mentioned from the beginning of the European Union till nowadays. Second part speaks about tariff and by agreement established instruments. The main trade agreements with the third countries are described in the third chapter. Competitiveness is also connected to the Common Trade Policy and it is the reason why there are few words about it. Czech Republic as a member of European Union is presented at the end of this thesis. There is commodity and territorial external trade of the Czech Republic that makes the biggest part of this chapter. The next part describes Czech trade policy before and after a membership in the European Union. Both policies are compared according to data of the Czech Statistical Office. Czech producers and products are mentioned in way how they can be protected and how competitive they are. |
