| Abstract: | Abstrakt Práce popisuje vývoj řecké ekonomiky od 50. let 20 století až po její současnou situaci. Intenzivněji věnuje především vývoji po vstupu Řecka do Hospodářské a měnové unie, čili situaci od roku 2001. Snaží se identifikovat pravděpodobné vnitřní vnější příčiny "zhroucení" řecké ekonomiky a detailně je popsat. Závěrem se pokouší nastínit perspektivy vývoje řeckého hospodářství do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | Thesis describes the development of the Greek economy since 1950's till the present situation. It intensively focuses particularly on developments following the entry of Greece into the European Monetary Union in 2001. It also identifies and describes the endogenous and exogenous causes of the "collapse" of Greek economy. In the end there is an outline of future prospects of the Greek economy. |
