| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro stánek s rychlým občerstvením umístěným v historickém centru Prahy, který spolupracuje s vybranou českou restaurací. Účelem této práce je zjištění, zda je daný podnikatelský nápad proveditelný, co vše je potřeba pro realizaci a zda by projekt mohl být ekonomicky životaschopný. Cílem je rovněž zmapování problematiky stánkového prodeje v historickém centru Prahy a odhalení mezer na trhu. Pro získávání informací je v této práci používáno především výzkumu v terénu. Pozorováním konkurence a vývoje počtu turistů v Praze je sestaven odhad poptávky, na základě kterého je dále odvozen objem přepokládaných tržeb. Sestavením finančního plánu je dosaženo závěru, že stánek s rychlým občerstvením prodávající originální český pokrm je ekonomicky zajímavým projektem. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor's Thesis deals with constructing a business plan for a fast food stand located in the historical center of Prague, which cooperates with selected Czech restaurant. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the business idea is feasible, what is needed for implementation and whether the project would be economically viable. The aim is also to analyze the stalls in the historic city center and to identify gaps in the market. Research in the field is mainly used to obtain information in this work. The demand is estimated by observing the competition and the number of tourists in Prague, on which is further based derivation of the expected volume of sales. By constructing a financial plan is concluded that fast-food stand selling genuine Czech food is economically attractive project. |
