| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit gastronomický potenciál oblasti Novohradské hory a analyzovat síť pohostinských provozoven a jejich kvalitu. První část této práce se zabývá charakteristikou gastronomie - kapitola slouží k seznámení s tématem. Druhá kapitola se zabývá seznámením s daným regionem, a to nejprve s vyšším územním celkem - Jihočeským krajem a následně samostatnou oblastí Novohradské hory. V této kapitole jsou také představeny tradiční pokrmy. Třetí kapitola představuje síť pohostinských provozoven oblasti, popisuje vybrané podniky, následně je provedena jejich komparace a kapitola je uzavřena doporučenými opatřeními. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate gastronomic potential of Novohradské hory and to analyse the network of hospitality industry and its quality. The first part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of gastronomy - chapter is designed to familiarize readers with the topic. The second chapter introduces the region, initially a higher territorial unit - Jihočeský kraj and then separately the area of Novohradské hory. This chapter also presents traditional dishes. The third chapter analyses the network of catering establishments in the area of Novohradské hory, describes selected restaurants a then compares them. The chapter is closed with recommended measures to take. |
