| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je přiblížit problematiku leadershipu, nabídnout více možností, jak na ni nahlížet, a také zanalyzovat a vymezit stěžejní předpoklady pro to, abychom se mohli stát dobrými lídry. K tomuto zjištění jsem využila svého tříletého působení v AIESEC Praha , kdy jsem měla šanci vést více týmů a zároveň zažít různé typy vedení. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the topic of leadership, different ways and approaches how to look at this issue, analyze and identify preconditions to become a good leader. To accomplish this goal I decided to use my three years experience in AIESEC Praha organisation where I had the chance to lead more teams and experience different types of leadership. |
