| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je postavení ženy v obchodě a v podnikání v Latinské Americe. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol: První kapitola se obecně věnuje postavení ženy na trhu práce, především v sektoru malých a středních podniků. Druhá kapitola představuje podnikatelské prostředí latinskoamerického regionu a pozici ženy v této oblasti. Třetí kapitola obsahuje analýzu a následnou komparaci dvou zemí daného regionu -- Mexika a Argentiny -- z pohledu postavení ženy na trhu práce a v podnikání. V poslední kapitole mé práce jsou uvedeny příklady úspěšných latinskoamerických žen. |

| Abstract: | The topic of bachelor's thesis is the status of women in business and entrepreneurship in Latin America. This thesis is divided into four chapters: The first chapter deals with the general position of women in the labor market, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises. The second chapter introduces the business environment of the Latin American region and the position of women in this area. The third chapter contains an analysis and subsequent comparsion of two countries in the region - Mexico and Argentina - in view of the status of women in the labor market and entrepreneurship. In the last chapter of thesis are examples of successful Latin women. |
