| Abstract: | Po druhé světové válce se změnil pohled na mezinárodní obchod. Byla vytvořena pravidla, která ho upravovala. Snižováním cel a odbouráváním překážek obchodu se přecházelo od protekcionismu k liberalismu. I přesto vznikaly spory mezi jednotlivými státy, kterými se bylo nutné zabývat. Jedním z těchto sporů byl spor ohledně dovozního režimu na banány do EU. |

| Abstract: | After the Second World War the view of international trade changed. There were created new rules of the international trade. By reducing the tariffs and removing the barriers the trade was passing from protectionism to liberalism. Despite this, there were disputes coming up between the states and it was neccessary to deal with them. One of these disputes is the dispute over the regime on bananas imported to EU. |
