| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou cestovního ruchu ve městě Poděbrady. Hodnocen je jak současný stav cestovního ruchu ve městě, tak potenciál pro jeho další rozvoj. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První a druhá kapitola představují teoretickou část, třetí a čtvrtá kapitola tvoří praktickou část. V první kapitole jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s tematikou městského cestovního ruchu i cestovního ruchu obecně, obsahem druhé kapitoly je charakteristika města Poděbrady. Třetí kapitolu tvoří samotná analýza, ve které je zahrnut přehled atraktivit, infrastruktura cestovního ruchu, typy cestovního ruchu ve městě, instituce působící v oblasti cestovního ruchu, návštěvnost, propagace města, produkty cestovního ruchu a SWOT analýza cestovního ruchu v Poděbradech. V poslední (čtvrté) kapitole je obsaženo zhodnocení cestovního ruchu ve městě (přínosy pro město, konkurenceschopnost) a potenciál města a jeho využití, z čehož vychází také některé náměty a návrhy na zlepšení situace. Dále jsou zde načrtnuty záměry města do budoucna. Téměř v závěru jsou Poděbrady porovnávány se srovnatelným městem v zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic "tourism analysis in the town of Poděbrady". The aim of the thesis is to analyze the present state of tourism in the town and to evaluate the potential for further development of tourism in the town. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first and the second chapter build the theoretical part and the last two chapters are practical. The first chapter defines basic notions in the field of tourism, the second chapter gives general information about Poděbrady. The third chapter is the analysis itself that includes list of attractions, tourism infrastructure, types of tourism developed in the town, institutions acting in tourism, number and segmentation of tourists, promotion, tourism products and a SWOT analysis. The last chapter evaluates tourism in the town (benefits from tourism, competitiveness) and the potential of the town and its utilization. There are also some improvement suggestions and recommendations and future plans of the town. Almost at the end, there is a comparison of Poděbrady with a foreign town. |
