| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast kooperace mezi leteckými dopravci. Hlavní část postihuje oblasti a formy spolupráce leteckých dopravců jako je inter-line, code-sharing nebo společné podniky. Věnuje se také se také dopadům spolupráce na hospodářskou soutěž a analyzuje strukturu dvou ze tří globálních aliancí. Práce je doplněna základním popisem letecké dopravy a právního prostředí ovlivňujícího spolupráci leteckých dopravců. |

Basic overview of air transport and legal aspects influencing the nature of cooperation among airlines is also included. |
