| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro projekt výroby unikátního zařízení Decibar. První část práce je teoretická a popisuje různé struktury a podoby podnikatelských plánů. Druhou částí práce je samotný podnikatelský plán. Obsahuje popis podnikatelské příležitosti, popis produktu, analýzu trhu, marketingovou strategii, finanční plán, SWOT analýzu a analýzu rizik. Výsledkem práce je posouzení realizovatelnosti daného podnikatelského záměru. |
