| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá toky přímých zahraničních investic na africký kontinent se zvláštním zaměřením na zdejší působnost Číny. V úvodní kapitole jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti zahraničních investic, druhá část analyzuje příliv světových investic do Afriky a poslední, tedy třetí kapitola je zvlášť věnována investicím plynoucím na kontinent z Číny. V práci jsou dále specifikovány příčiny a důsledky čínského působení v Africe a výhody či nevýhody, které z tohoto vztahu plynou. Práce je určena zejména studentům bakalářských oborů či dalším zájemcům o problematiku přímých zahraničních investic ve světě. Jejím cílem je identifikovat změny týkající se objemu a struktury zahraničních investic v Africe a vystihnout hlavní tendence jejich vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the inflows of foreign direct investments to the African Continent and above all it concentrates on the impact of China's action in Africa. In the first part of this work, basic concepts in the field of foreign investments are defined, the second part analyses the inflows of foreign direct investments to Africa and the last part concentrates on investments from China. The thesis then specifies the causes and consequences of China's engagement in African countries and the advantages or disadvantages arising from this relationship. The thesis is intended for the students of undergraduate studies or other people who are interested in foreign direct investment in the world. The key objective of this work is to identify changes related to the volume and structure of foreign direct investments in Africa and to describe main trends of their development. |
