| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti ConvaTec Česká republika s.r.o. k 1. 1. 2011. Práce obsahuje strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu, analýzu a prognózu generátorů hodnoty a finanční plán. Hodnota společnosti je stanovena na základě metody DCF entity. Jako doplňkové metody jsou použity metoda účetní hodnoty, kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů a odvětvových násobitelů. V rámci analýzy citlivosti je sledována změna hodnoty podniku při změně tempa růstu a průměrných vážených nákladů kapitálu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is valuation of the company ConvaTec Česká republika s.r.o. on the date 1. 1. 2011. The thesis consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and forecast of generators of value and financial plan. Value of the company is determined by DCF entity method. Account method, method of capitalized earnings and method of market multipliers are used in addition. Sensitive analysis examines how value of the company is influenced by changes of growth rate and weighted average capital costs. |
