| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá procesem reorganizace podle insolvenčního zákona. První kapitola se věnuje teoretickému vymezení reorganizace v rámci insolvenčního práva. Druhá kapitola je věnována statistickým datům týkajícím se insolvence a především reorganizačních řízení. Ve třetí kapitole jsou rozebráný dvě případové studie reálných společností. |
