| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat vybranou cateringovou společnost Maxiservice z hlediska její struktury, nabídky a aktuální konkurenční situace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici základních pojmů týkajících se stravování, zejména oblasti cateringu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou zvolené firmy a přiblížením všech činností souvisejících s organizací společenské události či gastronomického eventu. |

The theoretical part is focused on the definitions of basic terms concerning the food and beverage services, especially the catering services. The practical part deals with the analysis of selected company and the explanation of all activities related to the organising of function or gastronomic event. |
