| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat nabídku produktů cestovní agentury STUDENT AGENCY. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení vybraných pojmů cestovní ruchu, je představen zákon č. 159/1999 Sb., o některých podmínkách podnikání v oblasati cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje společnost STUDENT AGENCY, stručně je nastíněna historie firmy i získaná ocenění. V následující části jsou podrobeny nabízené vlastní i zprostředkované produkty detailní analýze. Pozornost je věnována nástrojům pro podporu prodeje a konkurenčním výhodám. Práci uzavírá celkové zhodnocení analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyse the offer of the travel agent STUDENT AGENCY. The theoretical part contains definition of chosen concepts of tourism, the Act Nr. 159/1999 Coll. about some conditions of business in the tourism industry is presented. The second chapter characterize the company STUDENT AGENCY, the history of the firm and awards achieved are shortly outlined. The offered products are analysed in full details in the next part of the thesis. There is also given care to sales promotion and competitive advantages. The whole work is closed with a final evaluation of the analysis. |
