| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá trendy v e-turismu. Popisuje technologie, které ovlivnily vývoj poskytování služeb v cestovním ruchu. Zabývá se využitím internetu a jiných technologií jak ze strany nabídky, tak ze strany poptávky v cestovním ruchu a zachycuje vzájemně se ovlivňující reakce poskytovatelů a zákazníků. Pro lepší porozumění problematiky jsou uvedeny příklady využití technologií v jednotlivých oblastech cestovního ruchu. |

| Abstract: | This work concentrates on trends in e-tourism. It describes the technologies that have influenced the development of services in tourism. It deals with the usage of the Internet and other technologies from the point of view of supply as well as demand of tourism and describes the interaction among the providers and the customers. It includes examples of the usage of technologies in various areas of tourism for a better understanding of the issue. |
