| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování tématu "Logistika v distribuci léčiv a zdravotnického materiálu". Práce má dvě části. V první popisuji, jak logistika funguje a následně se zaměřuji na distribuční logistiku vzhledem k oblasti podnikání společnosti IPC, a. s. V druhé části analyzuji logistický systém skupiny společností, které zajišťují společně distribuci léčiv a zdravotnického materiálu. Následně u mnou zjištěných nedostatků navrhuji opatření ke zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis oscillates around the subject of Logistics in The Distribution System of Pharmaceutics and Medical Equipment. It is divided into two parts. In the first part, I describe the working principles of logistics. I furthermore focus on the particular application of logistics within the IPC a.s. company with relation to its field of business. In the second part, I analyze logistic system of a group of companies. These companies provide a joint distribution of pharmaceutics and medical equipment. Consequently, I propose improvements for shortcomings I discovered during my research. |
