| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingem vybraných obchodních řetězců. Součástí první části je teoretický pohled na marketing obchodu. Druhá část je zaměřena na české obchodní řetězce, na jejich současnou situaci a zahrnuta je i prognóza budoucího vývoje. Součástí je i výzkum, který je proveden v Roudnici nad Labem a to na základě mnou vytvořeného dotazníku. Mezi hlavní cíle patří zjistit, jak zákazníci hodnotí místní obchodní řetězce a podle kterých kritérií se rozhodují při výběru prodejny. |

| Abstract: | This bachelors thesis deals with marketing of selected retail chains. The first part is a theoretical view on business marketing. The second part focuses on the Czech retail chains, their current status, and a forecast of future development is also included. The bachelors thesis also includes a research that is made in Roudnice nad Labem based on a questionnaire created by me. The main objectives are to determine how customers evaluate the local chain stores and what are the criteria of those customers for choosing a store. |
