| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku Kasko s.r.o. v letech 2005 -- 2009. V úvodní části je představeno téma bakalářské práce a vymezen cíl. Teoretická část popisuje finanční analýzu, její uživatele a zdroje informací pro finanční analýzu. Dále se zabývá metodickým aparátem, jako jsou horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisků a ztrát, poměrové ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti a souhrnné indexy hodnocení, mezi které patří Du Pontův rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu, ekonomická přidaná hodnota a index IN 05. V praktické části je nejprve podrobněji představena analyzovaná společnost, po té jsou jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy aplikovány na konkrétní podnik Kasko s.r.o. Na závěr je zhodnocena komplexně finanční situace podniku na základě dosažených výsledků z praktické části a budou navržena doporučení na případná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis evaluates the financial health of the KASKO corporation in the years 2005 - 2009. The first part presents the topic of this bachelor's thesis and the aim of the thesis. The theoretical part describes the financial analysis, its users and sources of information for financial analysis. It also deals with methodological apparatus, such as horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss report, as well as ratios of profitability, activity, liquidity, leverage and summary indexes of ratings, which include Du Pont decomposition of return on equity, Economic value added and Index IN 05. At the beginning the practical part characterizes analysis of the company and then devoted to applications of these instruments for KASKO corporation. In conclusion the results will be summarized and recommendations will be proposed for a potential improvement of the financial situation of the corporation. |
