| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti Easy Life, s.r.o., která provozuje internetové knihkupectví Beletrie.eu. V práci se zaměřuji na rozbor problematiky obchodování na knižním online trhu v České republice. Teoretická část představuje důležité aspekty, metody a postupy strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody strategické analýzy na zmíněnou společnost a následně navrženy vhodné strategické doporučení ke zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the strategic analysis of the company Easy Life, s.r.o., which runs the online bookstore Beletrie.eu. The paper concentrates on the analysis of e-commerce on the book market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part represents the important aspects, methods and procedures of the strategic analysis. The practical part contains the application of strategic analysis methods and there are also designed appropriate strategic recommendations for increasing the company's market competitiveness. |
