| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v Olomouckém kraji za roky 2005 2010. Mým hlavním cílem bude analyzovat počet nezaměstnaných, jejich strukturu ze strany dosaženého vzdělání a věku. V teoretické části rozeberu trh práce a nezaměstnanost. Mohli bychom zde narazit i na případy lidí, kteří preferují pobírání podpory před vlastní prací a proto zde uvedu i politiku nezaměstnanosti. V praktické části pak proběhne samotná analýza. Aby bylo možné zjistit důvody nezaměstnaností, budu kraj rozebírat po jednotlivých okresech a na závěr každého okresu uvedu jednu firmu, která v dané oblasti buď ukončila činnost, uzavřela závod nebo propustila větší množství lidí a tím ovlivnila míru nezaměstnanosti. Cílem práce je poskytnout objektivní statistické srovnání mezi jednotlivými okresy a můj subjektivní názor na trh práce a získávání pracovní pozice v tomto kraji. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor paper will deal with unemployment and it's analysis within Olomoucký region throught years 2005 2010. The main goal will be to analyse the amount of unemployed people, their structure from education stand point and age. In theoretical part I'll write about labour market and unemployment. We could find examples of people that are prefering income from state and social support instead of working and so I'll talk also about the state policy of unemployment. The analysis itself will také place in pratical part. To have better results that will allow me to see the reasons for such unemployment rate I'll be analysing five smaller districts. And in the end of each district I'll mention a company that shutted down their business, shutted down a factory in the district or let go many people. The primary goal is to give the reader objective statistic comparison between districts and my subjective opinion on the labour market and getting a fine work in this country. |
