| Abstract: | Práce nejprve předkládá teoretické poznatky z oblasti výběru zaměstnanců, především věnuje pozornost metodám výběru a možnostem jejich využití. Aplikační část práce analyzuje výběrové metody v konkrétním podniku a hodnotí metody, které jsou užívány při výběru zaměstnanců v různých profesích. V závěru práce jsou tyto metody zhodnoceny a navržena nápravná opatření. |

Application of work sampling analysis of the company and assess the methods that are used in selecting employees in different occupations. Finally are these methods evaluated and recommended changes. |
