| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje proces výběru dodavatelů a při něm posuzovaných kritérií ve třech výrobních společnostech: Bosal ČR, spol. s.r.o., Continental Czech Republic, s.r.o., Brandýs nad Labem a GE Aviation Czech, s.r.o. V práci je popsán proces výběru dodavatelů, používaná hodnotící kritéria a postoj i vztah společností ke stávajícím dodavatelům. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak proces výběru dodavatelů v jednotlivých firmách probíhá a zda je realizován na základě teoretických doporučení, která jsou popsána v odborné literatuře. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda se zkoumané firmy přizpůsobují moderním trendům v této oblasti, zejména s ohledem na řízení dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the process of selecting suppliers and the criteria that are taken into consideration within this process in three manufacturing companies: Bosal Czech, Ltd., Continental Czech Republic, Ltd., Brandýs nad Labem and GE Aviation Czech, Ltd. Thesis describes the process of selecting suppliers, evaluative criteria and firm's relationship to their current suppliers. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the process of selecting suppliers works in particular firms. One of the main purposes is to reveal the similarity in the selection process based on theoretical recommendations and best practice. Another objective of this thesis is to determine whether the surveyed firms are able to adapt to modern trends in the management of relations with suppliers. |
