| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám nákupními procesy, skladovacími a přepravními činnostmi a informačním systémem používaným ve stavební firmě. Věnuji se definování procesů a činností a následně na praktických údajích ze společnosti Mota-Engil ukazuji jejich uplatnění ve fungování firmy. Charakterizuji logistiku obecně i logistiku podnikovou. Důležitá jsou zde specifika odvětví stavebnictví, která podmiňují průběh jeho logistiky. Ta se liší v mnoha znacích od ostatních oborů, například od průmyslových podniků zabývajících se hromadnou výrobou, na kterých se logistické operace často modelují. Využívám data z průzkumů, statistických šetření a vlastních pozorování, které analyzuji. Na základě zjištění hodnotím současnou situaci, zmiňuji možná řešení a návrhy změn. |

| Abstract: | In my Bachelor's thesis, I am concerned with purchasing processes, storing and transportation activities and information systems used in the construction company. I focus on defining the processes and activities and their usage in the firm's operation shown on practical examples from Mota-Engil. I characterize logistics generally and also the business logistics. Important are the specific aspects of building industry, which determine the course of its logistics. It differs from other branches in many characteristics, for example from manufacturing companies with mass production which are frequently used for the modeling of logistic operations. I analyze and work with data from researches, statistical surveys and my own observations. On the basis of the findings, I explain current situation, assess possible solutions and suggestions of adjustments. |
