| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem privatizačního procesu v České republice. V první části práce jsou popsána východiska Československa vzhledem k tehdejšímu stavu ekonomiky před listopadem 1989, charakteristika centrálně plánované ekonomiky a transformace. Kromě různých přístupů k privatizaci a transformaci, se další část práce dále zaměřuje na metody privatizace -- malá privatizace, restituce, velká privatizace. Cílem práce je na závěr zhodnotit úspěšnost kupónové privatizace a zhodnocení role investičních privatizačních fondů a jejich následků jejich účasti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is concerned with privatization process in Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis is described the departure point in Czechoslovakia considering the conditions of economy before November 1989, characteristics of centrally planned economy and the transformation. Besides the various approaches to the privatization and transformation, next part of the thesis is further focused on methods of privatization - small privatization, restitution and large privatization. The aim of the thesis is in conclusion to review fruitfulness of voucher privatization and role of investment privatization funds with consequences of their attendance in voucher privatization. |
