| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou whistleblowingu v České republice a na Slovensku. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Vzhledem k neznalosti této problematiky v obou zemích se první kapitola whistleblowingu věnuje teoreticky a tento pojem, včetně pojmu whistleblower, vysvětluje. Druhá a třetí kapitola už konkrétně analyzují situaci whistleblowingu v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda whistleblowing v těchto zemích upravuje nějaký komplexní zákon, jak to s ním vypadá do budoucna, a jaký pohled na něj má veřejnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is deal with arrangement of whistleblowing in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The thesis is divided into three chapters. Due to ignorance of this problem in both countries the first chapter follows the whistleblowing theoretically and explains this concept including the concept of whistleblower. The second and the third chapters specifically analyze the situation of whistleblowing in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The goal of the bachelor thesis is find out whether whistleblowing is regulated by comprehensive law in these countries, how will look with it in the future and what the public's sight of it is. |
