| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za úkol analyzovat aktuální podnikatelské prostředí a jeho vývoj během posledních pěti let ve vybraných zemích eurozóny -- Řecku, Španělsku a Portugalsku - na pozadí rozvíjející se finanční krize. V první části se věnuje podmínkám vzniku a přenosu krize v USA a v eurozóně a demonstruje její projevy na makroekonomických indikátorech. V další části se šíře věnuje definici podnikatelského prostředí z pohledu Světové banky, Světového ekonomického fóra, IMD, The Heritage Foundation. Jako doplňující pohled poskytuje hodnocení Evropské komise o přebírání evropských směrnic týkajících se vnitřního trhu. V navazující části hlouběji zkoumá aktuální podnikatelské prostředí podle jednotlivých definic i v oblasti přejímání práva týkajícího se vnitřního trhu EU a následně hodnotí jeho vývoj během posledních pěti let. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to analyze current business environment and its development in three countries of euro area (Greece, Spain and Portugal) during the last five years and reflecting the current financial crisis. The first section analyses the conditions for development and the ways the financial crisis spread to euro area. It also demonstrates its effects on macroeconomic indicators. The next part defines the business environment from the point of view of the World Bank, The Heritage Foundation, IMD and The World Economic Forum. It also reflects the opinion of European Commission on the rate of incorporating the European directives regarding the internal market. The third part analyzes the current business environment and its development according to each definition. |
