| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou služeb ve veřejné přepravě osob. Cílem je zhodnotit kvalitu služeb Dopravního podniku hl. m. Prahy, a. s. z hlediska zákazníků identifikací problémů s ní spojených a navrhnout její možné zlepšení vyřešením problémů. Pro splnění tohoto cíle byl použit dotazníkový výzkum mezi zákazníky podniku a dále výsledky měření provedeného samotným podnikem. Na konci práce jsou navrhovaná řešení zjištěných problémů. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis deals with the quality of public transport services. The aim is to assess the quality of services of The Prague Public Transit Co. Inc., by the means of identification of the problems associated with it from the customers'point of view and to suggest a possible improvement through solving problems. To fulfil this objective a questionnaire was used in research among customers of the business as well as the results of measurements made by the firm itself. At the end, there are solutions proposed to the problems. |
