| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje postavení spotřebitelských soutěží v komerčních komunikacích. Cílem je zhodnocení jejich úlohy v rámci komunikačního mixu. Teoretická část analyzuje spotřebitelské soutěže jako jeden z nástrojů podpory prodeje a popisuje jejich specifika. Praktická část vychází z vlastního terénního šetření a zkoumá, zda spotřebitelské soutěže mají vliv na nákupní rozhodování a na povědomí o značce. |

The theoretical part analyzes consumer contests as one of sales promotion tools and describes their specific features. The practical part stems from my field research and examines whether consumer contests have any impact on purchase decision and on brand awareness. |
