| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je odhadnout tržní hodnotu podniku MAKOVEC a.s. k datu 1. 1. 2010. Práce se dělí na 5 částí - informace o podniku, finanční analýza, strategická analýza, generátory hodnoty a finanční plán a ocenění podniku. Finanční analýza hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku, strategická analýza se zabývá analýzou a prognózou vnějšího a vnitřního potenciálu podniku, výstupem strategické analýzy je prognóza tržeb podniku. Poté následuje analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. Na závěr je podnik oceněn výnosovou metodou DCF Equity, doplňkovou metodou je metoda srovnatelných podniků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the Market Value of the company MAKOVEC a.s. as of 1. 1. 2010. The diploma thesis is devided into 5 parts - information about the company, financial analysis, strategic analysis, the value generators and financial plan and the valuation of the company. The financial analysis assesses the financial health of the company, the result of the strategic analysis is the forecast of the company's sales. Next steps are analysis and projection of value generators and construction of the financial plan. Using the DCF Equity method and the market comparison approach the market value of the company was set. |
