| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Postavení Rakouska ve světové ekonomice" si klade za cíl detailně analyzovat rakouskou ekonomiku a její vývoj v posledních letech z hlediska základních makroekonomických agregátů. Rovněž popisuje situaci a chování země za světové finanční krize. Snaží se odhalit slabé i silné stránky rakouského hospodářství. Rakousko je zde vždy srovnáváno s ostatními státy, se světovou či evropskou ekonomikou. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, podrobně se zabývajících po řadě hrubým domácím produktem, trhem práce, zaměstnaností a vzděláním, monetární politikou, platební bilancí a nakonec finanční krizí z rakouské perspektivy. Obsah diplomové práce je čistě ekonomické povahy, jiných oborů se dotýká pouze okrajově. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the graduation thesis "Position of Austria in the world's economy" is to analyse the Austrian economy and its development in the light of basic macroeconomic aggregates in recent years in detail. It also desribes the situation of the country in a global financial crisis and its reaction. The thesis tries to reveal the strongpoints and weakpoints of Austrian economy. Austria is always compared to other countries, to the world and European economy. This thesis is divided into five chapters, which closely deal with following subjects: gross domestic product, labour market, emloyment and education, monetary policy, balance of payments and eventually the financial crisis from Austrian view. The content of this thesis is purely economic. It goes into other subjects only marginally. |
