| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá farmakoekonomikou a možnostmi jejího využití z pohledu zájmových skupin působících ve zdravotním systému. Farmakoekonomika je relativně novým vědním oborem, jehož účelem je napomoci k efektivní alokaci omezených zdrojů v sektoru zdravotnictví. První kapitola analyzuje vývoj výdajů ve zdravotnictví ČR. Druhá kapitola popisuje problematiku farmakoekonomického výzkumu. Třetí kapitola pojednává o možných způsobech využití farmakoekonomiky zájmovými skupinami. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with pharmacoeconomics and its application from the interest groups' active in the health care system point of view. Pharmacoeconomics is a relatively new scientific discipline, whose purpose is to facilitate the efficient allocation of scarce resources in the health care sector. The first chapter analyzes the trend of expenditure on health of the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes the question of pharmacoeconomic research. The third chapter discusses possible ways to use pharmacoeconomics by the interest groups. |
