| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem předložené bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit situaci v hospodaření Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady a porovnat ji s průměrným stavem za ČR. Práce používá ukazatele finanční analýzy, které jsou okomentovány s ohledem na neziskovou povahu činnosti sledované příspěvkové organizace, která je zřízená Ministerstvem zdravotnictví. Dále je sledována obložnost a jiné ukazatele využití lůžkového fondu. Práce využívá k analýze nejčastěji časovou řadu let 2006 -- 2009. V neposlední řadě jsou popsány vybrané aspekty zdravotnického systému v ČR a jeho trendy. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the economic situation in the Teaching Hospital Královské Vinohrady, and compare it with the average situation in the Czech Republic. The work uses financial analysis indicators, which are commented according to the non-profit nature of this allowance organization established by the Czech Ministry of Health. The utilization of hospital beds and other indicators of bed occupancy are also taken into account. The work focuses on analyzing the time series for the years 2006 to 2009. A background for the analysis is provided by a discussion of the current trends in the Czech healthcare system. |
