| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu vlastního kapitálu společnosti Imos Brno a.s. k 01. 4. 2010 za účelem prodeje podniku neznámému investorovi. Diplomová práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje metodický postup pro stanovení hodnoty podniku od obecných předpokladů, makro a mikroanalýzy přes finanční analýzu, vytvoření finančního plánu až k jednotlivým oceňovacím metodám. V analytické části diplomové práce jsou uvedeny informace o oceňované společnosti. Dále je provedena finanční analýza a analýza ocenění, na jejichž základě je sestaven finanční plán. V dalším kroku jsou aplikovány výnosové metody. Závěr se věnuje stanovení výsledné hodnoty podniku a zhodnocení použitých metod. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Imos Brno a.s. at 01th April 2010 in order to sell the company to an unknown investor. Thesis was divided into two parts, theoretic and analytic. The theoretic part describes the methodology procedure - strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and pricing methods. The analytic section of this thesis contains all information relating to above mentioned company. Further the financial and assessment analysis is performed and on its basis the financial plan is created. In next step the incoming methods are applied. The conclusion presents the result company value and the methods evaluation. |
