| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je drogová válka v Mexiku, která se naplno rozhořela po nástupu Felipe Calderóna do funkce prezidenta země v roce 2006. Cílem práce je navrhnout a posoudit možné strategie řešení tohoto konfliktu. Práce stručně shrnuje historii vztahující se ke vzniku a vývoji narkomafie v Mexiku. Dále charakterizuje současné nejvlivnější drogové organizace v zemi, zabývá se zároveň jejich vlivem na mexické obyvatelstvo. Připomenuty jsou také zločiny, kterých se drogové gangy v posledních letech nejčastěji dopouštějí. Následuje shrnutí opatření prováděných federální vládou a prezidentem v boji proti mafii. Opomenuta není ani pomoc ze strany Spojených států amerických. Na základě analyzovaných informací jsou v závěrečné části uvedeny pravděpodobné varianty řešení konfliktu. |

| Abstract: | The drug war in Mexico is a theme of this bachelor's work; this war has fully escalated after Felipe Calderón took president office in 2006. The very object of this work is to suggest and judge possible schemes of conflict solving. The work summarizes brief history related to origin and following development of narcomafia in Mexico. Further, it characterizes most influential drug organizations in the country and their influence on Mexican inhabitants is stated too. The most frequent crimes, which have been committed by drug gangs in recent years, are mentioned as well. The summary of measures adopted in a fight against mafia by federal government and president follows. The United States support is not forgotten either. In conclusion, probable variants of conflict solving are expressed on the basis of analyzed information. |
