| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem Personální management vybraného podniku cestovního ruchu je zaměřená na motivaci pracovníků. Cílem práce je analýza faktorů ovlivňujících pracovní motivaci a spokojenost stevardů a stevardek ve společnosti STUDENT AGENCY, zhodnocení současného stavu a návrh možných opatření ke zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem personální management, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé vývojové fáze personální práce se zaměřením na nejnovější pojetí personální práce -- řízení lidských zdrojů. Další část se věnuje problémům týkající se pracovní motivace. Jsou zde například zmíněny formy pracovní motivace, nastíněny základy vybraných teorií motivace a další problémové okruhy. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti STUDENT AGENCY a zejména oddělení stevardů a stevardek. Dále je provedena analýza faktorů ovlivňujících pracovní motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců tohoto oddělení. Na závěr práce jsou navržena opatření, která mohou pomoci ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců tohoto oddělení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis "Personnel Management of the Selected Company Operating in Tourism" aims at motivation of workers. Its key point is to analyse the factors which influence work motivation and job satisfaction that the bus attendants employed by the STUDENT AGENCY have. Another point is to evaluate the current situation and suggest possible steps for improving it. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the former, the concept "personnel management" is explained and particular development phases of personnel work concentrating on the most recent approach to it -- human resources management - are described. The next part deals with problems of work motivation where different forms of work motivation, basics of selected motivation theories and other problem fields are mentioned. Latter part includes a presentation of the STUDENT AGENCY, especially the department of bus attendants. Further, an analysis of the factors influencing work motivation and job satisfaction of the employees at the department is carried out. In the conclusion, particular steps that could help boost motivation of the employees working at the department are suggested. |
