| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zdokumentovat aktuální metody řízení výkonnosti a komparovat je s metodami konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány používaná měřítka a metody pro výpočet výkonnosti. Zpracovaná teorie je aplikovaná na podnik HPV Engineering s.r.o. V praktické části je proveden výpočet základních finančních ukazatelů pro zjištění výkonnosti firmy ve třech sledovaných letech. Vypočtené hodnoty z jednotlivých let jsou porovnávány mezi sebou a průměrnými hodnotami v odvětví. Další část praktické části obsahuje popsání a zhodnocení používané metody individuálního hodnocení zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to document the current methods of performance management and to compare the methods used in a particular company. The theoretical part deals with standards and methods used to calculate performance. Theory is applied to an enterprise HPV Engineering Ltd. The practical part of the calculation carries out basic financial indicators to determine the performance of company in three selected years. Calculated values from selected years are compared with each other and with the average values in the industry. Other section contains a description of the practical assessment and evaluation of techniques used for individual employees evaluation. |
