| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se ve své první části zabývá marketingem a marketingovým mixem služeb. Následně stručně vysvětluje postupy pro sestavení SWOT analýzy. První část zakončují teoretické informace o marketingovém komunikačním mixu. Tím první část práce končí a začíná její druhá část, kde jsou jednotlivé teoretické informace využity pro prozkoumání společnosti Ferenčík, s.r.o. Ve společnosti je provedena SWOT analýza zaměřená na komunikaci se zákazníky a podle analýzy jsou zpracovány jednotlivé návrhy na zlepšení komunikace se zákazníkem. |

| Abstract: | The thesis in the first part deals with marketing and marketing mix of services. Then briefly explains the procedures for creating a SWOT analysis. The first part of theoretical information ends with the marketing communication mix. In the second part there are theoretical information used for analysing the company Ferenčík Ltd. The thesis made a SWOT analysis focused on communication with customers. After the analysis there are made the proposals for improving communication with customers. |
