| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lidsko-právních organizací, konkrétně Amnesty International a Human Rights Watch, a jejich vlivu na dodržování lidských práv v Íránu. V první části je vymezen význam, funkce, limity a metody, pomocí nichž nevládní lidsko-právní organizace naplňují své cíle. Další část se věnuje Íránu, struktuře rozdělení moci, pro něj závazným lidsko-právním úmluvám a jeho moderní historii v kontextu lidských práv. Praktická část analyzuje nástroje používané sledovanými organizacemi, míru naplňování čtyřech vymezených metod a na tomto základě v závěru srovnává jejich působení a vliv s přihlédnutím k vnějším i vnitřním limitům. Jsou vyhodnocena pozitiva, příklady úspěchů, i nedostatky spolu s doporučením, jak zvýšit efektivitu nátlaku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with non-governmental organizations, concretely with Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, and their influence on adherence to human rights in Iran. In the first part, meaning, functions, limits and methods of NGOs to fulfill their aims are defined. Next part is focused on Iran, the structure of power-sharing, the conventions Iran signed and ratified and on its modern history in the context of human rights. Practical part analyses tools used by these NGOs, scale of fulfilling these four defined methods and on these basis work and influence is compared, considering inner and outer limits. Positives, achievments, and negatives are evaluated with the recommendations on increasing of effectiveness. |
