| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je posouzení hospodaření konsolidované skupiny Českých drah za sledované období let 2005 -- 2009. První část práce seznamuje čtenáře se strukturou a minulostí skupiny za sledované období, dále následují části věnované samotné finanční analýze. Ta je rozdělena na základní metody finanční analýzy, bankrotní a bonitní modely a analýzu výkonnosti dle metodiky Quelle. Závěr práce se zabývá pohledem do budoucna a transformačním programem Vize 2012. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this thesis is the evaluation of the economical development of the consolidated group of Czech Railways in the 2005 -- 2009 period. The first part of this work introduces the structure and history of the group in the years 2005 -- 2009. This part is followed by the financial analysis itself. The financial analysis is divided into three parts: the basic methods, the bankruptcy prediction models and the analysis based on the Quelle methodology. The last part of this thesis is focused on the future prospectives and the transformation program Vize 2012 (Vision 2012). |
