| Abstract: | Základním cílem diplomové práce je analýza současné neutěšené situace v odvětví pěstování chmele a ověření, že založení chmelařského klastru, by mohlo pomoci pěstitelům chmele usnadnit jejich podnikání a zvýšit rentabilitu. Pro analýzu odvětví je použita Porterova analýza pěti sil. V práci jsou popsány základní principy fungování klastru, jeho geografické vymezení určené členskou základnou i SWOT analýza, zaměřená především na přínosy pro pěstitele chmele. Na závěr jsou uvedeny možné způsoby financování klastru ze soukromých i veřejných zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the thesis is an analysis of contemporary unpleasant situation in the hop growing area and verification, that foundation of a hop cluster may help hop growers simplify their business and increase their profitability. For the analysis of the mentioned area I have used Porter's diamond model. In the thesis there are described elementary principles of cluster working, its geographic definition set by its membership and even a SWOT analysis, focused especially on benefits of cluster hop growers benefits. In the conclusion I have outlined the possible ways of cluster financing from private and public sources. |
