| Abstract: | Pojišťovnictví patří k nejvíce regulovaným odvětvím ekonomiky. Regulace v pojišťovnictví je uskutečněna na jedné straně prostřednictvím právních předpisů, které upravují jednotlivé oblasti pojišťovnictví a na druhé straně působí orgán dohledu, který sleduje a kontroluje dodržování pravidel, popř. sem patří také působení dalších institucí, které chrání zájmy klientů pojišťoven. Ve své práci se zabývám vývojem regulace v pojišťovnictví na českém pojistném trhu, snažila jsem se zachytit změny, ke kterým došlo a co tyto změny přinesly. |

The first part of this work documents the insurance regulation, the second the relugation of the subjekts on the market,the third the development of insurance, next the supervision in the insurance, Solvency II. |
