| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podklady pro realizaci projektu, jehož výstupem bude webový portál pro handicapované spoluobčany a lidi se specifickými potřebami jako jsou senioři, cizinci a další. Zmíněné podklady tvoří především analytická část projektu a popsání a realizace většiny činností, které jsou nějakým způsobem spojené s prací analytika. Mezi nejdůležitější přínosy diplomové práce patří obeznámení se s problematikou handicapovaných lidí, se současnou dostupností důležitých a relevantních informací v rámci této oblasti a především návrh a doporučení pro zdokonalení současné situace. Tato diplomová práce je v neposlední řadě nezanedbatelným přínosem pro řešení celkového projektu, neboť obsahuje jeho podstatnou část. Práce je rozdělena do několika ucelených a navzájem navazujících bloků. V úvodu jsou popsány cíle a důvody zvolení daného tématu a nutné předpoklady a omezení realizace diplomové práce. Dále pak autor identifikuje informační potřebu možných uživatelů portálu, důraz je kladen především na stav a počet handicapovaných občanů České republiky. Jednou z důležitých součástí této práce je sestavení a popsání plánu projektu, který zahrnuje činnosti a události nutné k realizaci celkového řešení. Zbývající struktura práce je stanovena sledem etap a činností, které jsou popsány v plánu projektu. V závěru dochází ke zhodnocení úrovně dosažení cílů práce a podrobné identifikaci přínosů. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is the creation of the bases for the project realization with the output in the form of the web portal for disabled fellow - citizens and people with special needs, e.g. elderly, foreigners etc. Mentioned bases form especially the analytic part of the project and description and realization of the most activities, which are in some way related to the work of the analyst. One of the most important contributions of this diploma thesis is the identification of the issue of disabled people, the identification of current available significant and germane information within the framework and especially the proposal and recommendation for developing the present situation. This diploma thesis forms finally the indispensable benefit for resolution of the whole project, because it contains its substantial part. The thesis is divided into several comprehensive and connected blocks. There are the main goals and reasons leading to choosing this subject described in the introduction, as well as the premises and limitations of realization of this diploma thesis. The author continues with identification of the information needs of possible portal users, whereas the emphasis is placed on the status and number of disabled citizens in the Czech Republic. Another important part of this thesis is the construction and description of the project plan, which includes the activities and occurrences needed for the realization of the overall solution. The remaining structure of the thesis is determined by a sequence of phases and activities described in the project plan. The evaluation of achieved goal's levels and detail identification of the contributions is made at the close of this diploma thesis. |
