| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce podává ucelený pohled na rozdíly v kvalitativní úrovni lidského kapitálu v České republice a Rumunsku. Práce porovnává faktory v oblasti lidského kpitálu, které souvisejí s rozhodnutím investora o offshoringu do dané země. Poskytuje náhled na vývoj lidského kapitálu zemí v budoucnosti, jeho efektivního využití nebo v opačném případě zhoršení jeho konkurenceschopnosti. |
